Protein pancakes!

I could not stand the texture of this for drinking so I decided to try using it in baking to use it up. As it turns out, this is the perfect protein powder to use in pancakes! The fact it is not sweetened nor flavored makes it ideal because I can use it with whatever flavors I want in the pancakes. I use one pouch per 3/4 cup pancake mix (dry) and the pancakes aren't quite as fluffy as non-protein ones but they are still delicious. If you're looking for a protein powder to add to your pancakes, this is the one!

Good taste

Better than the dairy based powders I've used before. Not too gritty and you can hardly taste it if you mix it with soy milk. Would recommend
