Was very surprised by the palatability which makes it easier to consume on a regular basis than the slightly heavier milk tea flavours. Very vaguely fruity and fresh-tasting, but it is mostly quite sweet and reminiscent of a typical, generic bubble-tea which is fantastic which is exactly what is is supposed to be.
Like others have shared, I was also sceptical as this was the first flavour that I tried from my order but I was so so pleasantly surprised! I used oat milk with a bit of water for my liquids and it genuinely felt like I was drinking a bubble tea. My tip is to add more liquid than the packet instructions, it’s still a little sweet for my preference but the flavour is pretty spot on and no clumps!
I was skeptical at first on how someone could replicate the taste of wintermelon milk tea (considering how sweet the drink is) and I have to say, I'm very impressed.
The flavor is delicious with low-fat milk and definitely satisfies those sweet cravings. One thing to note though is that there is dark residue that will pile up at the bottom if you let the drink sit, not sure what that's about but so far no problems :)
I thought it would have some kind of fruity taste but it tastes like the essence of bubble tea, a surprise favourite!! So good!!
Thanks for the review, Stephanie! The Wintermelon is a crowd favorite for sure :)
My favorite flavor by far!!! Literally tastes like what it's supposed to be.

from 393 reviewsIf I were someone who ate more protein products outside of drinks I’d for sure get these again. Both my toddler and myself found the wafers to have a great flavour without them being overwhelmingly protein-y, if you know you know. Normally I can’t stomach protein like snacks so that alone says something.
The flavor is damn near spot on. As someone who HATES protein powders I’m really in shock that I can drink this without a problem!
The most delicious protein wafer ever! Wouldn’t even know it’s high in protein if I ate it blindfolded. Subtle but sweet enough black sesame taste! Totally recommend!
Tastes like matcha! So far this has been the only protein powder I've found to be consumable, I usually do a combo of 2.5 scoops with 4 ounces of milk, shake it up, then add 20oz more.
Working on it still. So far, I love the idea because it gives me ability to sample without committing deeply into one large bag. Great for testing waters on their product. Definitely picking up certain flavours I liked
Just add water and the taste is spot on. Looking forward to trying the matcha next.
These remind me more of granola than a cookie. Very nice sesame taste, huge crunch! Sweet, but not overly so. I’ll definite buy more
My all time favorite!! Tastes exactly like Thai milk tea
My favourite non-tea flavor! Great if you don’t want caffeine or tea
I bought the sampler pack of all flavors and as the title suggests, this was surprisingly the best. The red bean taste is spot on and it's not really thin, so it does have a latte quality to it.
Just like the taro flavor, HK coffee was delicious, smooth, creamy, no grit and no aftertaste. I also mix 1.5 scoops with about 10oz of water and 2oz of low fat milk. Easy way to get caffeine and protein in one tasty drink. I work as nurse and this is my go to for breakfast on the go as I’m driving to work. Gives me energy and satiety to get me through the morning. I’ll be a fan for life! I’ve already been telling my family and friends about it.
I LOVE boba drinks but definitely not all the calories that come with it. This had the perfect taro flavor and sweetness. I’ve been blending about 1.5 scoops of powder with 10oz water and about 2oz of low fat milk and it is delicious! It had no grit, no artificial sweetener taste or after taste, and no clumps and simply tastes clean. Seriously best protein drink I’ve had so far. Easily helps curb my appetite and my craving for boba drinks. Other plus was that it was delivered earlier than expected. I live in Southern California and I believe it took about 5 days to be delivered from Canada.
Better than the dairy based powders I've used before. Not too gritty and you can hardly taste it if you mix it with soy milk. Would recommend
