Refund policy



To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of purchasing.
  • Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must also be in the original packaging.
  • Final sale item are not eligible for refund.
  • Item must be shipped within North America. If you are located outside of North America, please send us an email via
  • Note: we are currently not accepting exchanges. 


For Perishable Goods (i.e., Protein Powders): 

  • Store Credit on protein within 7 days of purchase.
  • Store credit will not be issued for products physically damaged in transit or damage caused by the new owner when unpacking or by accident.

Gogonuts holds the right to refuse Store Credit if the damage is deemed out of the shop’s control. We take pride in the quality of our products. 


For Non-Perishable Goods(i.e., Bottles, Clothing):

  • Store Credit within 7 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.


Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Open bags of perishables (i.e. Protein Powders/Snacks)
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or has missing parts.
  • Shipping and delivery costs. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


Incorrect Address

Gogonuts is not responsible for damaged or misplaced goods if a package is lost, misplaced, or delayed due to the wrong address given at checkout. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout and that you will be home within the estimated days of delivery. 

Store Credit (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your Store Credit.

Once approved, your Store Credit will be processed, and you will receive a personalized discount code to use in-store or online. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged at the fault of Gogonuts. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a Store Credit to the gift giver and he will find out about your return. 



Please email with your order number, item description, and reason for return.

We will notify you once we’ve examined the status of your return, and let you know if you are eligible.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. If we do not receive your returned item we cannot issue a Store Credit and we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your item is received and processed, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
